    Editing experience: Lead technical editor of customer and service documentation, online technical support information, and marketing collateral for the IT and telecom sectors, including 20 years as a technical professional with IBM France and 12 years with IBM U.S.

    Lead technical editor, 1993-2001: NCP and 3745/46 Today, an IBM networking technology magazine. Read a sample issue.

    Awards: IBM Information Excellence Award, 1994 (IBM S/390® Parallel Sysplex® publications), and 16 awards from the Society for Technical Communication (STC) Carolina Chapter, including Best of Show, Distinguished, Excellence, and Merit awards.
